Let’s Save Precious Lives
In 2016 our small but mighty group was able to collect just over $28,000. in monetary and other miscellaneous donations.
With that funding we were able to help the animals that were misplaced in the Rowlett tornado, provide life saving medical treatment for several Royse City animals that were just outside our city limits, and donate agility equipment for the play yard at the shelter. Additionally we have also sponsored the adoption fees for many of our animals that have come through the shelter.
In mid April a board member of Paws noticed a Great Pyr mix that had been wandering the streets of Royse City for several weeks. After determining she had been dumped in this rural neighborhood she contacted a rescue group to help get her off the streets and prevent her from getting run over.
Nicole of Powder Pals Rescue group agreed to take her in. Just two short weeks later she gave birth to six babies. Later during Maggie’s spay surgery they found two mammary tumors that had to be removed. Maggie also tested positive for heart worms and will require treatment.
We are dedicated to helping in any way we can but need to ask for your support so we can continue our mission. We thank you for your past support and would greatly appreciate a donation of any size toward this precious little family. Our group is a 501c and all donations are tax deductible.
We can’t do what we do without you.
